Cancellation and Return Policy
This policy has been prepared to inform visitors and customers ("Buyer") ordering products via the website www.charmolin.com ("Site"), owned by NANU KOZMETİK GÜZELLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Charmolin”), regarding the cancellation and return procedures.
Relevant provisions contained within the Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") between Charmolin and the Buyer remain valid regarding the cancellation and return of products ordered by the Buyer.
Every product purchased is under our company's guarantee.
You may return any received order within 14 days, provided that the Charmolin Cosmetics packaging is unopened, and with prior approval from our customer service. Once your returned order reaches our return facility, it will be inspected. If it is confirmed to be unopened, your refund will be processed to your bank account.
If you believe your package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the courier representative before accepting delivery. If any damage is detected, do not accept the product and ensure the courier records an official report documenting the damage. Failure to obtain this report implies acceptance that the courier has completed their duties fully upon delivery.
Products will not be accepted for return, nor will refunds be issued, if any deterioration, breakage, damage, tear, use, or similar conditions are detected, or if the product is not returned in the condition in which it was originally delivered.
Upon returning the product, your return process will be finalized within seven (7) business days from the moment the product reaches our company.
Once your return is approved, credit card refunds will be processed within five (5) business days. Please note that your bank may not reflect this refund within the same billing period. In such cases, you should contact your bank's credit card service.
For product-related complaints arising after delivery, please contact our customer service at +90 531 382 33 13. If it is determined that the issue is not due to user error, appropriate compensation will be provided.
